This College is a Govt. College. It is taken over by the Government in 1983 and all the existing post of Teaching and Non-Teaching are regularized by the Govt. according to Order No-EPH 38/83/4 1st April 1983.

So, the Govt. has the liabilities regarding employees salary, College development as well as other grants.

Now the College is upgraded to CTE (College Of Teacher Education ) in 1996 According the order No. - F-45-2/93-TE-II Govt. of India Ministry of Human Resource Development, New Delhi Dt.- 6th ,February,1996. under the scheme of (CSS) Centrally sponsored Scheme.
